Course fees include all tuition, excursions, accommodation, meals and laundry.
Course fees do not include exam fees, uniform (except for the Academic Summer Programme), travel/health insurance, pocket money, airport transfers (except for the Academic Summer Programme, when transfers are included at set times), extra individual tuition (e.g., music, additional subjects, or specialist activities (e.g., golf, horse-riding).
A place is secured on receipt of the Registration Fee and refundable deposit, and fees must be paid in full at least 8 working weeks before the start of term.
Please note that the in order for the College to issue supporting documentation for a Child Student visa application, we require payment of fees in advance. The amount payable in advance ranges from the equivalent of fees for one term up to all terms, subject to individual circumstances.
The College requires notice, in writing, no later than 8 working weeks before the start of term if a student wishes to withdraw from their course. If such written notice is not received by this date, then the following term’s fees become payable.
