End of Term 3 Graduation

On a gloriously sunny afternoon at the beginning of June, we celebrated the Class of 2019 with our End of Term 3 Graduation Ceremony.  Many students enrol at Bishopstrow for the full academic year, so the ceremony on June 6, 2019 was a celebration of the three terms they had spent with us.  For those students who had recently completed their IGCSE examinations, Graduation represented a particularly well-earned party!

Our Guest Speaker was Mark Mortimer, Head of Warminster School.  Mark, who will shortly be taking up a new position as Head of Bryanston School, shared a number of words of wisdom to the students, as they look forward to the next stage of their British education.  In addition, we were delighted to welcome a number of the College’s destination and partner schools, including Charterhouse, d’Overbroeck’s, Kingswood, Kingham Hill School, Queen Ethelburga’s College, Mill Hill International, Prior Park College and Ashford School.  We would like to thank these schools for their support, as well as the agents, guardians and parents that flew over to attend Graduation.

This year’s Term 3 leavers are destined for some of the UK’s best boarding schools, including Bede’s, Bedford School, Bradfield College, Bromsgrove School, Bruton School for Girls, Chelsea Independent College, d’Overbroeck’s, Earlscliffe, Hampshire Collegiate School, Junior King’s Canterbury, Kent College, King’s Canterbury, Lord Wandsworth College, LVS Ascot, Malvern College, Monkton Combe School, Queen Ethelburga’s College, Prior Park College, Royal Russell School, St Edmund’s College, St John’s Beaumont, St Teresa’s Effingham, Taunton International School, Trinity College Teignmouth and Wycliffe College.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish the Class of 2019 the best of luck in their future studies!
