Sport is a key part of the school day at Bishopstrow College.  Students get the chance to take part in sport six days a week, for approximately one hour a day. The sports programme provides students with the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of sports, introducing them to new skills, and match situations, and enables them to enhance their overall personal development.

The sports programme is taught by dedicated team, who are highly qualified, with a wide, expansive range of skills and experience in a number of sports.

Bishopstrow’s mission in sport is to provide a fun and safe environment to promote imagination, leadership and dedication in all sports, with enjoyment parallel to this.

Sport is timetabled every day as well as activities at the weekend.

Students participate in inter-house competitions and competitive fixtures against external independent schools and colleges.
