We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking person to join our friendly team as Maintenance Manager from October 2021.
Working across the College’s 8 acre campus on the edge of the historic market town of Warminster, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance for all College sites and delivering effective services in the areas of planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning, portering, grounds and transport. The role also includes ensuring that the College complies with all current legislation related to site safety and management.
The role comes with a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum.
